Onuachu sad after Trabzonspor defeat

Trabzonspor’s 1-0 defeat to Adana Demispor in the Turkish Super Lig,  Super Eagles forward Paul Onuachu has expressed his disappointment with the club’s style of play, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

Despite Trabzonspor’s dominance, it was former Manchester United star Luis Nani’s solitary goal that settled the affair at the Yeni Adana Stadyumu.

The 29-year-old since joining the Turkish club on a season-long loan from Southampton has enjoyed a bright start to the season following a struggle at Saint Marys.

The Nigerian failed to neither find the net in 12 games nor make a goal contribution for the Saints as they suffered relegation to the English Championship last season.

The former Genk striker, who was the top scorer in Belgium two seasons ago, has enjoyed good fortune in Turkey scoring three goals already.

He however fail to add to his goal tally on Friday and according to a Turkish outlet, fotomac, the Nigerian was upset with the result.
