Auburn University’s Favour Ashe clocked the fastest time in the world in 2024, which almost broke the Nigerian Record.
Former Nigeria’s fastest man, Favour Ashe is back with a bang this season after racing to the fastest time in the world in 2024.
Ashe blazed to a super-inspiring 6.53s to win the 60m event at the Harvey Glance Tide & Tigers Dual Meet in Birmingham, Alabama, defeating Jekovan Rhetta in 6.66s and Makanaishe Charamba in 6.72s.

His blazing run has got fans and enthusiasts talking, as it was his first race of the season, and the time is very close to his Personal Best of 6.51s.
